Image Use & Copyright Information

Thank you for your image or text use request. My art is medicine for the soul that rises from spiritual practice, so I’m delighted that you found it and discovered www.ListenForJoy.com.

If approved, I require a minimum $10 fee in trade for your use of my art imagery or text in the project you describe in your request. (See terms below.) Actual fee negotiated based on the specifics of each request. I am not able to offer free image use at this time. Your contribution helps me continue to create art that inspires and heals! Thank you.

Contact me with your request, answering the questions below. I will reply with a PayPal email invoice for your fee. It can take me up to 2 weeks to reply, so allow extra time. When I receive your payment, I will email a watermark-free JPG file of the image you’ve requested. This JPG will include a copyright line that must stay on the image. Please, no cropping or altering of the image in any way.

QUESTIONS TO ANSWER IN YOUR REQUEST :

1. Briefly describe your project.

2. Briefly describe your organization or yourself and your purpose.

3. What media are you using-- online, print, PowerPoint, book publishing, etc.?

4. How many images or pieces of text do you want to use? What are their titles?

5. Will you be using these images more than once, or in more than one format?

6. What is your intended number of copies or number of viewers?

7. Is your project on-going or a date-specific event?

8. Will you be selling printed version of my images, and if so, what is your wholesale and retail price, each?

Requests without answers to these questions will be delayed. While I can't accommodate every request, I will do my best to consider your inquiry. I give preference to projects that promote compassion, justice, and spiritual well-being.

TERMS:

Your payment grants you permission for ONE-TIME use of the art JPG file on ONLY the project you described in your request. In the case of digital use, (website, blog, PowerPoint, etc.) the permission is good for ONE YEAR from the date of payment. Please include a web link to www.ListenForJoy.com if you are able. Extended usage or additional projects require a new request and a new payment.

This income supports my spiritual and creative process, without which these art images would not exist! Thank you for honoring these boundaries and for supporting my calling to pray and create.
